Ordering
The placing of a purchase order will be deemed as acceptance by the customer of the terms and conditions by Rachel Oldfield.
Please ensure you take care in completing your address and contact details accurately. All orders will be delivered to the address indicated on the order form. We cannot accept liability for the loss or damage to the goods after they have been dispatched. On receipt of an order we will send a confirmation email to the customer, a contract of sale is deemed to exist as soon as we send this email to the customer, regardless of whether the customer receives the confirmation email or not.
We accept online payments via paypal which uses world class security methods. If you would prefer to send a cheque, please note the order will be dispatched once the funds have cleared.
